Independent System Operator (“ISO”) Services

Since 2003 Pasteris Energy, Inc. has provided consulting services on a continuing basis to PJM Interconnection, LLC. (“PJM”) and its Market Monitoring Unit (“MMU”).

In 2005 Pasteris Energy, Inc. was retained by PJM to develop the cost on new entry (“CONE”) power plant technology and the plant fixed revenue requirements as part of the PJM reliability pricing model (“RPM”) capacity market process. Pasteris Energy has since updated the CONE in 2008 for the RPM process. Pasteris Energy, Inc. has also developed the Avoidable Cost Rates (“ACR”) which at use by the capacity market participants in developing their capacity market offer caps.
